What about PCI & TDES Compliance?
If you accept Debit Cards at the pump, you will need
to upgrade your dispenser with new PCI (Payment Card Industry) TDES compliant Enhanced Pin Pads (EPP).
The deadline to complete these upgrades is June 2010.

California Service Station Operators have until April 1st, 2009 to upgrade to the latest Vapor Recovery regulations. San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange and Los Angeles County stations have unil October 1, 2008 to submit permit applications. Time is running out. CARB's latest advisory states that there will not be any new systems approved until the fourth quarter of 2008 or LATER! Start planning
your projects now.

Chevron branded stations with G-Site or Ruby consoles are required to upgrade to a Passport or Sapphire POS system before 12/31/09. Valero branded stations have until
